Secure your spot on my Holiday waitlist for a custom colored pencil portrait - Current turnaround time is approximately 3 to 4 months. Please email me for exact dates you may receive your drawing.

Each portrait is drawn with care using high-quality materials and sealed with a protective spray to guard against smudging and fading. Wrapped and packaged securely in sleek materials so you receive your art safely. Framing is not included, so you can choose a frame that best suits your space.

Waitlist Steps

To get on the waitlist, you'll scroll down to the listing below and select the options you'd like for your piece. The size, amount of subjects, and initial deposit amount (50% or in full). More info in the FAQ below.

Once you place your order, please reach out to my email (n3va3hdesigns@gmail.com) and confirm with me that you have placed an order.

Photos of what you'd like drawn are due at least two weeks before the start date of the drawing, so we can discuss any details and get on the same page. I typically create a photoshop mockup to show the layout and give an idea what your finished piece may look like.

I draw each portrait live on TikTok, sharing the full journey from sketch to final details. You'll be able to follow along as I have scheduled live times, or rewatch the process through a time-lapse video, which is yours to keep.

Since this is a customized product, I don't do refunds.

If you aren't satisfied with your drawing, please let me know before I ship it to you! I will always check with you to make sure you like it, it's your job to be honest! Trust me, my feelings won't be hurt if you want things changed!

Frequently asked questions

The size of the paper I use is entirely up to you and your personal preference and what will fit your space best. No matter what size you choose, I will add as much detail as possible to your piece. Although, the larger the paper is, the more details and more subjects I can fit into the piece.

An average size of printer paper is 8 1/2 x 11 inches. My 8 x 10" drawings are slightly smaller than the average printer paper for reference. If you are not sure exactly on the size you are getting, please measure it out to make sure you like the size. Let me know if you would like to see an image of any specific sizes next to each other and I can send you a picture before you order! Other sizes are available as well, so if you are looking for a specific size not listed, feel free to reach out for a quote!

Subject are the number of people/or pets you'd like drawn within one drawing. if you'd like multiple people or pets drawn within one drawing, then you would click the amount of subjects accordingly.
1 subject= 1 person/or pet.
2 subjects= 2 people/or pets… etc. If you’d like more than three subjects drawn, please let me know and I can give you a price.

Backgrounds count as an extra subject as well. If you would like a background drawn in, please let me know when you order!

I have two deposit options, (50% or in full)

Choosing the 50% deposit means that you will pay the first half to get on my waitlist and get your drawing done, and then you will pay the second half after I finish the drawing, but before I ship it out. If you fail to pay the second deposit, I will not ship your drawing to you. Choosing to pay the full deposit upfront means that there will be no more charges. When I'm finished with your drawing, I will ship it out once you are satisfied with it!
